How much does corporate photography cost in London?

Every corporate and business commission is quoted individually, because the cost depends on how many people are being photographed, how long the session runs, the number of locations and how quickly you need the images. Send me a short brief and I’ll come back with a tailored proposal.

Can you photograph our team at our office?

Yes. I’m happy to work at your workplace, at a nearby spot that reflects your brand, or at one of my recommended locations around Westminster. For team sessions I photograph each person individually, and can add group portraits and candid images of your workspace in action.

Do you photograph corporate and team events?

Yes. I cover conferences, talks, product launches, awards, away days, workshops and team celebrations across London. My background is in documentary photography, so I work discreetly and capture the event as it unfolds rather than interrupting it. Same-day delivery is available if you want to share highlights while the event is still news.

Will the headshots look consistent across the whole team?

Yes. For team commissions I keep framing, light and background consistent from person to person, so your website and LinkedIn pages read as one team rather than a patchwork of different photos.

How quickly will I receive my photos?

Your professionally edited, high-resolution images are delivered via a secure online gallery within 4 days. Same-day delivery is available if you have a launch, press deadline or event to meet.

What should I wear, and how should I prepare?

Bring two or three outfits you would wear to meet a client, in colours you feel good in, and avoid busy patterns. It also helps to tell me what the images are for, whether that’s a new business, a website update or a speaker profile, so I can tailor the shoot to your audience.

Why not just use an AI-generated headshot?

Because people increasingly notice them. AI portraits tend to look overly polished or slightly uncanny, and they lack the small cues of real expression, light and context that build trust. A real photograph of you is the more credible first impression.

Do you also offer studio headshots?

Yes. If you’d prefer a controlled studio setting, see my Studio Headshots page. Corporate and business sessions are usually on location, at your workplace or around London.
